Karla Magruder

Karla H. Magruder is a holistic health practitioner. She is trained as a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist and Instructor through the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy and the National Board for Colon Hydrotherapy. As the founder of BioNaturally (Beauty from the Inside Out Naturally), Karla has been in private practice for over ten years. During this time she has assisted clients with a multitude of health issues through education and internal cleansing.

Prior to founding BioNaturally, Karla served for over 15 years as a marketing/public relations/events consultant in the Atlanta area with a focus in healthcare. She worked initially with a prominent addictions treatment program specializing in eating disorders and chemical addictions. She was then promoted to director of business development for a 120-bed medical/surgical facility where she was employed for 8 years. Karla’s main responsibilities included the introduction of new medical technologies and services to the physician staff and outreach programs to the community at large. This included the development and placement of award winning advertising campaigns as well as managing an ongoing public relations program.

Karla continues to be active in the community through educational outreach as a holistic health advocate. She is a past board member for the Georgia Association for Pastoral Care and the American Lung Association of Atlanta. Throughout her career she has been involved in fundraising for various organizations including DeKalb Medical Center, the Samaritan Center and Fernbank Science Center.
